Outsurnace falsely leads client with wrong information costing him R27 000 in damages

Was misled in signing up for a policy that does NOT cover what I deliberately requested for and now I have to suffer the consequences of this.

On the 3rd Oct 2019 I requested Outsurance to quote me on a cover that will cover my clients items in my workshop (IT Company) and for damages arise on job sites to both myself and the client - was told Public Liberty Cover would do this.

Today, 11th Oct 2019 had called to request assistance as an iMac was damaged on my workbench and the client is wanting to file a claim of damages against me - guess what, Outsurance does NOT cover this, nor never does.

I have the phone recordings and I specifically asked several times if this will be covered - and was told "yes":, now I am told NO!

Outsurance **** and ****med me and now costed me over R27 000 in damages.
