OUTsurnace false advertysing

OUTsurance lies to people on their R400 payment adverti*****t. This is the second time I call them for a quote where they have been unable to beat my current insurance. The first time they even asked me to send a copy of my insurance policy, which I did, and I was never paid the R400 because they could not beat my insurance. I left it and did not worry. Now recently I made contact again and we did a new quote. The same thing happened, they could not beat my excess, premium, insurance benefits, nothing. So my question to OUTsurance is, why do you advertise falsely to consumers out there? When you are unable to beat an insurance, you just leave it and don't fulfill your promise on paying the R400/R800.
