I have systemic lupus and with the associating brain fog, pain and confusion, i struggle to understand how my medical aid works and even how to submit claims. I explained this to Ms Mathapelo Madisho and she more than walked an extra mile explaining and helping me every time and also made the effort to remind me when my funds would run out. She is a very competent and compassionate woman that treated me with so much empathy and dignity. Thank you Mathapelo!
