Outsurence makes people names bad by the Bank

. Good day<br> <br> I was a client ID Nr *** at Outsurance up until March/April 2015 always paid my instalments on time. So on Monday 12-10-2015 I went to my bank to apply for a house loan on to realise that on the bank ITC list I am still paying Outsurence according to the bank records then I was also inform that this effects my credit report as well as my credit points.I was then advise to call Outsurence which I did and only EMPTY promises was made about that they are going to send me a mail as well as mangers would call me back which never happened. I mean REALLY even Edgars can take a person name of when your account is paid up. So I CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THEE PROBLEM WITH OUTSURENCE
