Outsureance what a big joke !!!!!!! What a load of bull why have a insurance company for them to let you know that thay are going are not going to pay you out for something like your alarm system after thay where the ones who broke into our PUB and ripped it off the wall and stole all our money out the safe now where am we supposed to pay our staff now OUTSUREANCE and we had all the extra lockeble gates and Security armed response and security around the doors and frames as if one didn’t work then surely the rest should and extra now they say after months of providing paperwork and giving them everything we could we get told today that they will not be paying out because of the alarm system isn’t that just convenient for them so we can pay we have to pay them but they can take down to something as silly as that it total bull **** !!!!!!! Totally con artists why why have insurance if they can just take your money after a ******* that was not our fault big damage in our pockets for Outsureance to say thank you very much but **** you !!!!!!!! Not a happy customer I want this looked into again I am not leaving this just there for you to say no sorry your alarm was not working if a light is flickering it’s working !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
