Outsurane Service provider review - AUTOBOYS DEALERSHIP MODEL

Logged a claim with Outsurance for a chipped windscreen. Claim was sent on to Autoboys Dealership Model which sorted out the windscreen while the vehicle was having is service. Service from the advisors was awesome. Only thing that i can bring to their attention is the disconnect between departments. I got several calls asking when a where the vehicle needs to be attended to as all that was sorted. I even completed their online form after they received the claim number. Even via Whatsapp i received a message a day after the windscreen was fixed to confirm appointment and place to have it fixed.
