I complained receny about an OUTsurance sales advisor who had jeopardised the company's integrity in my eyes. Their Quote Promotion Coordinator Refilwe Makgamatha responded almost immediately to my concerns and saw to it that the matter was resolved. Even after struggling to reach me on the phone, Refilwe continued via alternative means to find me and rectifies my complaint . Refilwe is a star performer which the company should, in best interests, take care of and do its best to keep. Great job Refilwe!
