OUTSURANCES HANDS ME OVER FOR NO REASON
This is the second time you have hande me over for NO REASON! I phone and it is confirmes thay I don't owe anything. I got a letter stating I don't owe anything, yet, my credit report shows two separate cases where I have been handed over! I phone and I'm told someone will get back to me. At this point I feel like canceling my insurance with Outsurance. It is a horrible way of treating customers!
I want written confirmation that this is resolved an confirmation that my details have been taken off ITC.
I cannot believe you just hand people over. YOU debit my account monthly....
