OUTsurance's claim process has improved tremendously

OUTsurance's claim process has improved tremendously. I lodged my claim online and the customer service representative called me to process my claim. They made undertakings which were fulfilled on time. I was expecting the claim to be settled within a week so, but it was less than 48houts. This is unbelievable and an unforgettable experience I had.
