Outsurance/Marquis

My vehicle was written of by Outsurance and money was paid to Marquis but do not reflect on my account yet. Marquis requested proof of payment which I obtained from Outsurance. Marquis do not accept it as the bank account number where the money was paid into do not reflect. Outsurance don't want to supply me with that. Several mails and phone calls and I am stuck.
