OUTsurance…bad client service
I have tried several times to have a very basic issue (their SmartDrive functionality) resolved without any outcome. All I receive is automated emails informing me that some will assist soon but without any response. All promise no action. Should never have moved my insurance to Outsurance. Substandard and not recommended.

03 Oct 2025, 15:21This is just impossible. After all the effort snd time it took me to resolve the SmartDrive issue it worked for one day and then stoped again. Clearly a promise and no delivery business. Shocking to say the least!
