Hi my car broke down at about 19h30 on Saturday the 1st and I couldn't get it to start I was woman alone. I called my husband and he also couldn't start the car. It was raining and we still had to go on the freeway so towing wasn't an option. I called Outsurance for assistance and within 10 minutes there was a flatbed tow truck ready and in another 10min we were on our way home. The consultant Buti Mnguni was very friendly and comforting. He assisted me in a most efficient and professional way and later made sure we were safely home. I've never been so grateful to have insurance and I would recommend Outsurance to anyone.
