OUTSURANCE YOU WENT TOO FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a phone call from Outsurance yesterday asking me to speak to my husband. I asked what this is about and the guy, Katlego Nkomotse told me that they want to speak to him regarding an accident that occurred on the 20th of July. I advised him that my husband wasn't involved in any accident and he was adamant that it was my husband. I put the phone down and immediately phoned my husband who was just as shocked as me. After 3 minutes i received an EXTREMELY confrontational sms from outsurance saying they will blacklist us if we do not settle their clients bill right away.

No investigation done from their side, just straight to the point threatening.

We have been busy since 11 am yesterday trying to get to the bottom of this and all i can say is Outsurance has messed with the wrong people.

Katlego has all of his facts wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
