Outsurance - you NEVER get something out

Outsurance is a joke! I found car insurance that was R800.00 cheaper than Outsurance and where's that fabled R400 you're suppose to be get back - not in my wallet that's for sure. Outsurance are sure experts in false advertising. And to top it all off, when I cancelled my insurance with them all I got was criticism about my new insurer. Suddenly I'm the bad guy for just wanting cheaper car insurance in these tough times. I was berated for my choice in insurer, told they were useless, and that leaving Outsurance was a bad decision on my part. Well, news for you Outsurance.... I'm happy with my new insurer. Pity I didn't cancel sooner! And don't even ask for the R400.....it's as useless as their customer service.
