Outsurance, you never get anything out

<p>I have been with outsurance for a few years now, I have only claimed once since I've been with them but recently due to unforeseen circumstances I have two claims at the same time. My complaint has to do with my house hold contents, my TV was recently hit by lightning, we had two gentleman come on different days to assess the TV, the first gentleman didn't even know what the make of the TV was, how was he supposed to check what was wrong if he didn't even know the make of the TV, the second gentleman who came to assess the TV not only looked intoxicated but smelt of alcohol and outsurance has used the judgement of these two men (one totally confused and other intoxicated) and have decided that they won’t pay me out for the damages. I always thought outsurance was an excellent company, very client centric, but recently I have seen a different side to the company that I once had my trust in. I have already started looking into other insurance companies and can assure you that I will never recommend outsurance to any of my family or friends.</p>
