What the hell have you done? I called you for a quote, A QUOTE! And you force debit my account with R51.29? WHY? WHY? You *******, who authorised it? Who gave you the right? I did not Authorise ANYTHING! I called you to ask what happened, you did not call me back, but you debit my account tonight? I am now in overdraft because of you. In a time when people are s****ing change together. You do this under the cloak of darkness AFTER Hours! So let the world see how you treat a customer that has been with you for 20 years, I will be finding new insurance in the morning. I am horrified at the treatment, you absolute disregard for a customer. You have napalmed all goodwill you ever had built up with me, you DISGUST ME!
