After hearing water dripping from our knotty pine ceiling at 18:00 on a Sunday night, we realized we need a plumber urgently. We logged on to the Outsurance app and within 2 minutes got a call back. The friendly, helpful agent send out RM plumbing, gave us updates on how long it will take for them to get to our house and after an hour, phoned back to follow up on the progress.
