OUTsurance you always get something out if you beg for it!!!!!!
OUTsurance promised that if they do not beat your insurance quote, they will pay you a certain amount of money. What a ****. You literally have to beg for this money. I phoned OUTsurance on Friday the 14th of July to see if they can assist me with a lower premium the salesperson was excellent, professional Sencere. What a gentleman. He then apologized that they could not beat my premium and send me a link to follow. He said you always get something out. Ya right. I have completed everything send through my info. Ask my broker to send through my lasts policy info and I got a call back from OUTsurance stating the info is older than 30day. Honestly for real which insurance company revise their policies every month/30days so this means that OUTsurance never pays out this money to anyone?????? This means false adverti*****t!!! This policy send to them was revised on the 24 May 2023 and on the document that OUTsurance confirmed they received from my insurer stated drawn on the 14th of July 2023. What else does OUTsurance wants or is all of this another **** ???
Further to our private reply our promotion advisor Gugulethu has been unsuccessful in her attempts to contact you.
She did initially receive outdated documents and on receipt of your updated documents she processed payment.
The payment was processed on the 17th of July.
