Outsurance, You always get something out???

<p>I contacted Outsurance for a quote on car insurance and at the time I thought they had beaten my current car insurance quote, however they did not. I checked my current car insurance and Outsurance's quote was higher, not much but it was - I phoned today 27 May 2016 to "cancel" my insurance with them since they are more expensive - now if my memory serves me right if they cant beat my current car insurance they must pay me out R400.00 right? My fisrt installment was due 1st of July with outsurance - I agreed to that not knowing that they were more expensive - now I have cancelled and they still did not offer me my R400.00 after reviewing and coming down on the price by like R5.00 or so which is still more that my current care insurance -I am a bit disapointed, since waht they are advertising all over the radio seems to be untrue in my case.</p>
