Outsurance - You always get NOTHING out. Pls be Warned!!!

<p>I have been with Outsurance since 2012 and have never claimed. The last few weeks I have been having the most unpleasant experience trying to submit a claim for a faulty pool pump. Their own service providers said the pump needs to be replaced. But Outsurance has been extremely unhelpful and tried to put the blame on me.</p> <p>I am a single woman and they are talking about damages to the pool pump and out to make me feel as if I damaged my own pool pump. If their lack of customer service wasn’t so shocking, this would be a very bad joke.</p> <p>I had to make numerous calls to them and service providers and lost so much time from work.</p> <p>After paying Outsurance exorbitant premiums for years, all I got in return was emotional trauma.</p> <p>I have luckily found alternative insurance and moved all my business. Cancelling my cover with Outsurance was another nightmare. On 25 November I got confirmation from Outsurance that my cover has finally been cancelled. I thought the nightmare was over, but then yesterday I got a message from Outsurance that they going to debit my account with nearly R5 000 on 13 December. Outsurance is clearly just OUT to rip me off.</p> <p>Their systems and processes are dysfunctional and I am glad I moved my business. Now I just wish they would leave me the heck alone.</p>
