OUTsurance would rather lose a client of 24 years than reduce premiums.
I have been with OUTsurance for 24 years, as I am now a pensioner the premiums are unaffordable. I have gotten a quote from another insurance company (reputable company) which will save me R700 per month. I contacted OUTsurance to see if I can get a better deal, but they would rather lose a client than try and retain them.... very unhappy

There are a variety of factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, inflationary adjustments etc. Our client services manager will call you to review your premiums.
