OUTSURANCE worst service

Outsurance should stop looking good and focus on their service. I had 3 problem that i needed help. 1- plumbing problem that they did not have a service provider in the Bloemfontein area. I had to pay for the plumber myself. 2- Geyser in my second property leaked. Again, they did not have a service provider on the area. One had to come from a place 324km from me. They called and could only be there the next day. Top late. 3- Car accident, a assessor assessed the damage using photo's and he did not agree their two panelbeaters service providers quotations that they send me two. As you can see, i will not recommend Outsurance to anyone. Well, thats my personal opinion. Good luck.
