Outsurance worst Insurance Ive ever seen in my life.

Ousurance business Insurance I took out business outsurance on my business for 3rd party liability. 5 days ago I tried to take out a insurance for a car. No mam, you are on ITC. My question, how do they take my money for more than a year for the 3rd party liability and never told me that my ITC is a problem. Now the newest.... maybe I submitted a claim and there is still information outstanding on the claim. Well I hav3 never claimed on the 3rd party liability that they take my money for. Why did they not tell me about this missing information before outsurance took the 1st month money for the 3rd party liability. What wouldve happened if someone got gurt at our premises, what would they say"sorry mam" we cant pay the claim. I am waiting for a week, no solution no answer from outsurance
