Outsurance worst insurance company ever!!!
<p>I have registered a claim with outsurance on 20/07/2017 it is now 10/08/2017 and no feedback from them i have called them probably 5 times allready and all i get is "WE WILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK" which never happens.Stay away people if this is how a customer of 15 years is treated they dont deserve your support.</p>

You are not being unreasonable in expressing your disappointment at all.
Our claims manager, Shelton contacted you with an apology for the incorrect sms notification sent to you and he also discussed the reason for the rejection of your claim.
