Outsurance worships their service providers than their clients

I am fed-up with Outsurance, they are scared of PG Glass Lenasia, they are now frustrating me. PG Glass Lenasia was supposed to deliver a mere rear windshield glass for an i20 Hyundai at 14h00 but because someone decided to change facts into lies, no glass was ordered. Which customer can cancel an order for parts of his own car? PG Glass Lenasia please release the recording of the call where I said I am cancelling the order for the windshield. I am not leaving here at FR Auto Panelbeaters until I get my car.
