OUTsurance won't settle your third-party claims so that their clients don't lose their out bonus!!

A few weeks ago, an OUTsurance client reversed into my car, we were both pulling out of our driveways. he was speeding and I had stop as his car was flying. He hit my car on the side. my car got dented, his was fine. He came out apologized and promised to sort it out. A week later I went to him with quotes. He then called OUTsurance to lodge a claim and he had admitted fault, then interestingly the consultant from OUTsurance advised the client not to continue with the claim as he would lose his Out bonus. Client told them it was fine but still they refuse to settle the claim, their reason is that client told them both cars were moving, which is impossible, their client was speeding and didn't observe his rearview nor side views. on my driveway there is a big wall on the blind side, so I have to constantly stop when pulling out the driveway because I won't see anything on the blind side. when I saw him approach from the back speeding I stopped and couldn't move back to my carport as he was speeding. OUTsurance would rather not fix third party vehicles so that their client can keep their out bonus even when they have admitted guilt. their client also sent me voice notes of the conversation he had with them.
