OUTsurance won't pay what is due to me

Hello Peter,

We all know that OUTsurance is giving away 400 if they can't beat your old insurance premium n u get another 400 if u haven't claimed for past over 3 years... I got the 400 but now that they have to give the remaining 400, my messages r being ignored now.. I was asked to forward my letter of claim history, I dd but still no progress..
