Outsurance wont pay out insured amount

I've claimed for a phone however Outsurance will not replace/payout the amount agreed upon, my phone was covered for R5000 and they've been deducting the premium amount every month however now I'm being told that the phone value has dropped and that they only out R3000, then why have I been paying a premium for a R5000 phone only to be replaced with a R3000 phone?Their slogan is \\You Always Get Something Out ... \Yes\""
