Outsurance wont assist with Road side assistance and I'm in an unsafe place

I'm currently stuck in Witbank with the car,its already 18h00 and I contacted Outsurance and spoke to Lani Madiku ,who is refusing to assist me with Road side assistance to tow my vehicle to Johannesburg,my policy I have 2 road side assistance per year but Outsurance wont help.My question is must I be ****** while Outsurance refuses to assist and have the vehicle ****** or stripped while I pay over R 2500 monthly for their insurance.They only claim to be a good insurance but when you need their assistance they wont help

Thank you for raising your concerns with us.

You receive 2 free roadside assists per year and you had already reached your limit however Steven our rescue manager contacted you last night and made a business decision to assist with a tow as we couldn't leave you stranded.

We are pleased to see that you were assisted.
