What an absolutely terrible experience with this rude and ************ company!!!
refusing to refund my R680 and continuously calling me a ****. yet they are lying and *****ing.
Zubair A****aker is the rudest customer experience representative I have ever dealt with. Karabo Monamudi couldn't even be bothered to take my call or call me back.
they have no shame in telling me that they are actively trying to prove I am lying instead of giving me my money back.
