<p>OUTsurance Will Question Your Integrity even before you sign up with them!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a call from Ethan explaining how they want to pass savings on to me and how they want to quote me and save me money etc…. This was a normal telesales call from OUTsurance, those we all know so well. I initially didn’t want to go through this process and after some convincing, I gave in and agreed to proceed. Ethan then put Jermaine on the line to handle the quotation process.</p> <p> </p> <p>The conversation goes on as one would expect from telesales calls from insurance companies. I do everything in my power to entertain OUTsurance -during working hours- for over half an hour. I answer all their questions and I give them my full cooperation. The premium they then quote me is almost three times what I pay currently and of course they tell me to focus on the benefits and not the premium and I get that.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after going back and forth a couple times about benefits and why I should be careful using all other insurance companies other than OUTsurance I eventually made it clear that I don’t believe OUTsurance will be able to beat what I am currently being offered. Jermaine kept on bad mouthing my current insurer in an attempt to make OUTsurance look better and I started defending my current insurer and the policy I have with them just to challenge Jermaine and his whole approach with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, the conversation couldn’t go anywhere because Jermain could not justify why I should pay three times what I am currently paying. After explaining to him what I am currently offered and how my policy is structured he then makes the following comment. “HOW DO WE KNOW YOU ARE BEING TRUTHFUL…” I couldn’t entertain this any longer and I expressed my disappointment in him questioning my integrity. The call ended here.</p> <p> </p> <p>Who the hell is OUTsurance to question my integrity? They contacted me. I offer them my time and entertained their telesales team and when they are in a corner and frustrated they question your integrity.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is only a testimony of how the rest of the relationship would have been if I did sign up. I am so glad I didn’t because I do not insure myself with an insurer who deem you as untruthful even before they know you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don’t bother even entertaining the OUTsurance’s telesales team.</p>
