Outsurance will NOT claim your excess from another Outsurance client. (Even if that party was wrong)

Are currently insured with Outsurance and tiered of your old car? Want to have some last, good old fun with it? Just go crash it in another Outsurance client's car. Outsurance won't do a thing to you.

Be aware. You cannot claim your access from the third party if they are also insured with Outsurance.

The Long-and-the-short of it is: A woman reversed into my car, I paid my excess and had it repaired. When I wanted to claim my excess from the third party (because I feel it's her fault) I was told telephonically and per e-mail that they cannot claim my excess from her as they do NOT send summons to their own clients.

In other words if someone, that is also insured with Outsurance, smashes into your car for no reason - they will get away scott free and you still pay your excess. If you want to claim your excess from that person you will have to get your own lawyer and so forth.

I questioned this per e-mail and till today I'm waiting for a response.
