Outsurance will do their best to avoid paying claims

I am so upset with Outsurance. After the heavy rains in Centurion late November/early December (which were much publicized) I put in a claim with Outsurance as the heavy winds and rain had blown some roof tiles and caused water to leak and damage my ceilings and walls. There were no leaks prior to these heavy rains and I explained this. Outsurance sent GJR Plumbing after 2 weeks of waiting they arrived to assess on 20 December and only now in January did they advise they will only do painting. They advised that the rest of the damage was maintainance as there was dirt in my flashes. I advised that my house was only 4 years old and should not have maintance issues, the wind accompanying the storm had clearly blown debris into the flashes and also blew off some of the tiles. To just paint and not fix the damage caused by the wind would be futile as the rain would continue damaging the newly painted ceilings. They advised that this would be for my cost to fix. The assessor from Outsurance was supposed to call me and they never did. I want to really move from Outsurance as this is my very first claim and already I see how my claims will be handled. I cannot deal with insurers who just want to collect premiums and not honor their obligations!!!
