Outsurance will bully you by increasing prices as they please

I have asked Outsurance to stop charging me for the Equipment that they are aware of,that I no longer have as it was damaged and they paid the Claim,however when I spoke to Clinton the last time he told me he would come back to me and would handle the issue,but they never did.

Outsurance is also bullying me by increasing the price of my premium for cars that are old,when you try reason with them ,they say its inflation.My question is,the value of the car decreases yearly and the cover for the same car decreases yearly but Outsurance increases prices,without even asking if we can afford it .I request that they refund me for the wrongfull debit since April 2022 because its wrong to charge someone for something they not getting any benefit of
