Outsurance white knights

Daughter bought us a weekend away but alas the heavens opened and again the car electronics shut down in the middle of nowhere (R44 Wellington Northwards), luckily we had cell phone signal so we contacted Outsurance and cried out for help. the heavens just poured and my concern was being alone with my wife, Outsurance were quick to respond and sent out a tow truck and continued to keep in contact with us. It was a 3 hour tow safely home, thank you Eric the towing guy and Outsurance, we never had our holiday break but at least we got home. My second tow in because of the electronics that was supposed to be fixed failed.
