Outsurance-Where you struggle to get anything OUT<br> <br> I am sure that I am not the only person that has been experiencing bad service when it comes to claiming from Outsurance, however REPLACING ONE OF MY ITEMS WITH A LESSOR VALUED SECOND HAND ITEM must be a joke of some sort? <br> <br> My experience with Outsurance started off VERY WELL. Until my house got broken into and they decided to use P&G to replace the items. Some items were OPENED, FAULTY, SECOND HAND AND OF LOW QUALITY. I then started to receive a series of emails which was in my opinion insulting my intelligence. What happened to treating a customer with respect? I have been treated like I am to blame. And who delivers a PC WITHOUT A POWER CABLE? I feel like I should be checking for a hidden camera. <br> <br> Should I laugh or cry? I have been avoiding going crazy all over social media about the ridiculous (and frankly hilarious) service. Now it is time I share this. As I think it might cause people to think twice about joining Outsurance. <br> <br> Outsurance - Where you always get something (second hand) out.<br> P&G - Where... Well... You read the thread...
