OUTSURANCE - WHERE YOU NOTHING OUT!

<p>In November our office buiding suffered storm damage. This damage included ceiing tiles that were destroyed by waterwhich fell down, leaving that office area exposed to the IBR roofing above. Not only does it look like a disaster, which is bad for business, but the dust now comes down into the office causing chest problems, and the heatcomes in directly from the IBR sheeting making the office uncomfortable. Absolutely nothing has been done by Outsurance over this 5 month period, despite being chased. Their appointed contractors tell us that Outsurance has not allowed sufficient funds to fix the damage. As far as we are concerned, if they have contractors disputes, that is their problem, not ours. We are paying for an insurance service, but to date Outsurance are giving us nothing!</p>
