OUTsurance . WHERE YOU NEVER GET ANYTHING OUT BUT GRIEF!

We have bever claimed from OUTsurance. In March 2023, an unlisensed driver recklessly drove into our parked car. We providied Sifiso Ndlazi, from OUTsurance legal department with ALL the guilty parties details including her work address and eyewtiness contact details and were told that the other driver agreed to pay off the nearly R10 000 damage over 13 months via debit order. In July we were told that OUTsurance failed to get payment and cannot help us. Our excess we were forced to pay was R5100. OUTsurance was not helpful nor did they have our back or fight for us. They refused to hand over the correspondence agreeing to pay off damages with the driver who caused the accident( despite us alreasy having provided all her details).. They are ********* and do not give a damn about their clients!!! Sifiso Ndlazi was rude and did zero to help us.

Hello Michelle

Following our private reply to you, we confirm our legal recoveries claims manager provide your husband with an explanation as to why we were unsuccessful in our attempts to do a recovery from the 3rd party.
We know this is a disappointment, which we are not insensitive to.

My point is that your legal department refused to provide me with proof that you even tried to get our money back. I was told by Sifiso Ndlazi that he had spoken to the other driver and she had signed a debit order. We simply asked for this so as to strengthen our case in court. Yet he did not even bother to respond. I asked for a record of that call log( which we ARE entitled to) where Sifiso told me she had signed and now you guys are backtracking to say she did not. But there would be evidence you actually tried to get our money back and this is what Outsurance is refusing to provide us with!!!! Despite saying that all calls are recorded. So I WANT a copy of the call log where I was told that the other diver agreed to pay!
