Outsurance- What you get out is a money grubbing organisation

I have had my Outsurance covers (x2 covers). Life and salary protection. I have had them for over 6 years. I recently lost my phone and the banking app was compromised. All my debits were reversed and the cash withdrawn. Instead of Outsurance at least sending me an email to find out what is going on. They email to tell me they cancelling my policies due to non payment. So if you think you get something good out of Outsurance, no. You get nothing out. Except feeling ****** and taken for granted. Ironically, their competitors have arranged for me to get a grace period to make back payments to start catching up. Good luck if you going to retain your plans with them. It's pretty clear they just want your money out before excercising care and thought to a clients need.
