Outsurance - what a disgrace!!!
Absolutely disgusted with outsurance!
After being hit by an Outsurance Driver 3 months ago they have still not paid out my third party claim and I'm driving around with a broken beat up Car boot.
The first excuse was that they lost my documents.
The second excuse was that my case was reassigned because the advisor had left.
A full week ago I was promised that I would be paid out that day and the advisors personal cell phone number I was given is not a registered cell phone number
Beware of Outsurance !!! they are full of Lies!!!
