I would like to compliment the excellent service I recently received from the team at OUTsurance.

I first spoke to Busisiwe, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from the start. She noticed that I was calling from my cellphone and kindly offered to have someone from the relevant department call me back to save me time and costs.

Shortly afterwards, Terrence called me, and together we resolved my enquiry quickly and efficiently. I honestly expected the process to be long and drawn out, but he handled everything with respect, courtesy, and professionalism — qualities that are becoming increasingly rare these days.
