OUTsurance Weakest Link...

Great company - Weak Assessor Team I lodged a claim for inner building leaks following flooding in Centurion (19 Feb'25). OUTsurance promised an assessor to visit my property in 24-48 hours, but only arrived a week later (more rain, more damages). After he left, he promised to give us feedback in a day of 2. but 2 weeks later, no feedback (03 Mar'25). Having reported the situation x3 times to OUTsurance, I am told that the assessor will get back to us - Never does though. Is the successful OUTsurance giant appoint weaklings at the periphery who are overworked and cannot stick to their promises, or is this possibly a front to not process claims?

Dear OUTsurance,
You may have interpreted my complaint incorrectly! There is no satisfaction (yet) as there is no outcome. As I type, I still had no contact from your assessor. My disappointment remains lasting! Look at my building’s claims history, which you will find is zero in many years. Having paid years of premiums one would think a simple case (what I think mine is) would be fast and effective to resolve, which seems not the case!

Hello Andrea

Further to our private response to you, we received feedback from our assessing manager.
Our assessor was in contact with you this morning. Our assessor made several attempts to call you over a period of time, but did not manage to reach you. He also proceeded to send you a sms.

We confirm your claim has been finalised.
Thank you for your understanding.

Regards
The OUTsurance Team
