OUTsurance wasted no time in getting me setup with them. I appreciate how easy the process was. When I had a pressing query related to my insurance plan after I had initially signed up, I was put through to a senior advisor immediately and received excellent support. The only reason I took one star away is because I was then called by one of their life insurance salespeople who would not take no for an answer, and insisted on staying on the line even though I explained to her that I was driving and it wasn’t a good time. I found that quite disappointing after my better experience setting up home insurance.
