OUTsurance was there for me

I went to Nelspruit yesterday at Haval Mbombela dealership to get my sensors fixed as I was not able to read my pressure tyres properly,on my way home just 5minites after leaving Haval Mbombela I got hit I think it was because there was load shedding and the robots were not working..fast forward I called OUTsurance and they quickly responded,the lady who called me unfortunately I forgot her name was very professional and brief, my car was towed and they organised the towing company to take me home, although the accident disturbed my mental health I am writing to thank OUTsurance for their service, today in the morning I received a call they told me that they are booking it to be assessed and will communicate with me as time goes by,I’m not done with the claim process yet as I don’t know if it’s approved or not but so far I’m happy with the help I got from them,I don’t regret choosing OUTsurance
