Outsurance was outlast by my current insurance

Hi,<br> <br> I was quite keen to get my car insured by Outsurance, but unfortunately they cant beat the premium i am currently paying with my current Insurance company. My premium at this moment is R660 p/m and what they offered me was shocking for my 2012 Cross Polo 1.6TDi. They want me to pay a premium of R1100??? Thats crazy!!! So my question is, why must i be an existing customer to gain out of Outsurance? Because if you an existing customer you will benefit out of it. So i guess, Outsurance owe me a R400 for not beating my current insurance, although the call centre agent did not mention it.<br> <br> So i suppose a no thank you will do.
