OUTsurance was helpful in trying to get me a better quote on Car Insurance. They were not able to beat my quote. The promotions team was not helpful in trying to get me my R500. After speaking to Life Insurance, and accepting cover, I reached out to Shane and asked him to follow up with the promotions team. He tried, however nobody got back to me. My trust in them has dropped significantly, and I am seriously considering cancelling my Life Cover after simply receiving no feedback from the promotions team. It appears they have great sales representatives, but backend support clearly do not care.
