Outsurance was extremely responsive, moved at the speed of lightening. This was necessary because I was under pressure to get my insurance in place for the purchase of my car. Instant assistance meant policy could be updated immediately. An absolute seamless onboarding process. I have yet to see how a claim is handled. Service thus has been excellent
