OUTSURANCE WARNING

Warning regarding OUTSURANCE Insurance Company . My mom is over 65 years of age and she had a bit of a car accident. After the car was towed and stored awaiting an assessment from Outsurance, they announced that they DON'T COVER TOWING IN A CAR ACCIDENT! And the claim was rejected by a very rude female employee. I'm not sure why the claim was rejected, is it because of the housing claim last year, due to water damage because of the rain? So what's the point of Home and Vehicle Insurance, if you can't claim when it's needed? Outsurance has wonderful adverti*****ts on TV, but just join them and run into a problem, then the entire energy is changed. Nice going Outsurance. My mom has been a dedicated client for a few years now and your help is clearly not given as the ad on TV says. Everyone should know about Outsurance, and it's horrible service, we don't want others to experience this UNPLEASANT ASSISTANCE AND STRESS FROM OUTSURANCE. Help at out, please, it's more like; We don't help, we are out 😑
