Outsurance wants me to get my own money from the 3rd party

I'm utterly disappointed in the level of service that I have received from Outsurance.

The legal department wants me to try and retrieve the excess fee I paid from the party that caused the accident.

Why am I paying?

Firstly, no proof that a tracer was placed on the culprits' number.

Secondly, you guys are the legal department but can't send a registered letter to the culprit?

Nor did you keep me informed about any progress you have made with this case.

Why do I have to go through all this trouble when I chose Outsurance?

I need to see proof of all the time you phoned this lady, I need proof of the tracer, because this lady is commiting ***** and you are allowing it, why couldn't you use any of the proof and open a ******** case??

Totally disgusted by the service level from Outsurance.
