Outsurance - Very poor claims service
I had a vehicle break down for from home. Outsurance at least payed for towing my car to the nearest town. I had to book a nights accommodation and also have repairs done to my car for which I have claimed. After submitting the claim, I received an initial email response with a reference and claim number and that was the last communication. I have tried emailing and calling outsurance to get some movement on this claim but I just get no response back. I am very disappointed with the service from Outsurance and am strongly thinking about cancelling all policies I have with them.
